- Fast response times depending on location and demand
3. Pricing & Payment
- Transparent, fixed pricing where applicable
- Quotes provided before work begins
- Payment due upon completion unless agreed otherwise
- Additional work requires customer approval
4. Safety Compliance
All work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers in compliance with UK safety regulations.
5. Cancellations
- Customers must notify us as soon as possible if cancelling
- Late cancellations may incur a fee
6. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Ensure safe access to the property
- Report any gas smells or safety concerns immediately
7. Guarantees
- All work is backed by a workmanship guarantee
- Guarantee excludes misuse or third-party interference
